My lessons usually take place at the student's home, but students are also welcome to visit my studio if they prefer. I’m based in Crouch Hill, North London.

I am extremely passionate about teaching and everything that comes with it. To me, teaching is more than simply explaining a subject; it’s about ensuring students are fully engaged and enjoying their lessons.

​

In lessons, I aim to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere while also setting clear, achievable objectives. I like to work with songs that my students enjoy, as it keeps them motivated, and we also make use of method books.

​

We will cover music theory (reading and writing music), rhythm, harmony, technique, ear training, and repertoire. If you or your child are preparing for an exam, we can tailor the lessons to focus on that.

​

I have completed a Level 3 Award in Education and Training and attended the Music Leader Training course at CM Sounds in 2016/17. This gave me valuable experience in lesson planning, the teaching cycle, law and legislation, workshops, teaching styles, assessing learners, and providing constructive feedback.
